Most chiropractors treat pain and eliminate it, and it's seen as the easiest part of correcting a person's health. But if all you do is treat the pain, what's to stop it coming back again? To stop pain and prevent needing lower back pain treatment from reoccurring, it's necessary to keep treatment going even after it's gone. This way, you'll prevent rapid recurrence of the symptoms, and ensure optimal health.
In the correction / restorative stage of your treatment, you won't need to receive corrections as repeatedly as you did during the first phrase of back pain treatment and, depending on your specific conditions, you may begin doing workouts and stretches to help speed up your healing.
If symptoms have a mild flare up intermittently after back pain therapy, don't be discouraged as it's completely normal. Sporadic outbreaks will more than likely occur, because your body has not fully healed yet. Each case is different, and depending on your condition and how long you've had the injury, your recovery can range from anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. Don't give up! You will reach your ideal health goal, and have the comfort and health you deserve. We'll help you every step of the way!
